Há dias retomei o meu ritmo de leitura. Sempre fui fascinada por livros, mas o tempo nem sempre me permite dedicar-lhes o tempo que gostaria. No entanto, agora consegui voltar a este hábito que sempre tive de devorar livros. Já tinha saudades e o prazer de ler continua tão vivo como dantes. Estou, neste momento, a ler o "Sonhos Proibidos" da Lesley Pearse, que já parava na prateleira cá de casa há algum tempo à espera que lhe pegasse. Estou, obviamente, a adorar. É uma autora que não me tem desiludido e que recomendo vivamente. E, claro, o bem que me sabe ler um bom livro!
O meu novo interesse é... a dança! Já consegui alterar a minha alimentação (não consigo cortar com tudo, nem comer apenas o que devo, mas mudei muita coisa para melhor, felizmente) e decidi que também estava na hora de fazer exercício com alguma disciplina e não apenas quando me apetecesse (que seria nunca, ahah!), sem rotinas, nem horários. Daí que descobri uma academia de dança cá na terra e hoje fui a uma aula experimental de zumba. Estou aqui toda partida, mas adorei! E vou aproveitar que este mês a inscrição é gratuita para começar a sério. Arrastei uma amiga, que também adorou e que vai inscrever-se comigo. E viva o exercício!
